  1. Lonestar Alpha selects testing methods based on international standards if the customer doesn't specify the test method. If international methods are unavailable, Lonestar's developed SOPs shall be followed.
  2. Test results apply solely to the provided samples, and broader conclusions require proper statistical sampling.
  3. Reports are sample-specific and do not endorse the product.
  4. Sample identification is based on customer information, verified only with our technician's involvement if sampling is done by Lonestar Alpha.
  5. The use of reports for promotion requires our consent; liability is limited to the test fee for proven negligence.
  6. Customer cancellations incur all related costs.
  7. Data variations or sampling/environmental deviations by the customer may affect the validity of results.
  8. Conformity statements in reports are issued only upon customer request.
  9. Sample storage is standard; extended periods and associated costs are customer-driven.
  10. Information management in laboratory services is governed by legal agreements.
  11. Confidentiality and impartiality are upheld; confidential data is not released without laboratory permission
